E-Consultation

E Consultation is aiming at providing the closest possible diagnosis based on the information given by patient before they travel from long distance for operative treatment.  Patient has to provide information based on the questionairs given.  Relevant Xrays and MRI reports can be attached to the documents and emails to the surgeon.  For complex cases, the Xrays or MRI can be sent to Information Centre bases at Pontianak and Jakarta, which will be scanned or posted to the relevant Surgeon.

Patient will be given prompt reply which includes the diagnosis, plan of treatment, the cost of treatment which include investigation, duration of hospital stay, surgery, anaesthesia, physiotherapy and medicaton, possible complication.
